Lloyd Bannings returns to his hometown in order to follow in his brother’s path and be a member of his brother in the Crossbell Police Department. Crossbell has evolved to become a vibrant city-state which is one of the most important economic centres throughout the continent.
Lloyd Bannings, who spent three years in exile from Crossbell, returns to his home town to continue his brother’s legacy and join Crossbell Police Department. The moment he gets there, he finds that he has been assigned to Special Support Section. This is a department that deals with minor and odd demands. The new team he’s assigned to includes Elie MacDowell (granddaughter of the mayor); Randy Orlando (ex-soldier who’s womanizing) as well as Tio Plato (young technological genius).
Lloyd and his fellow colleagues carry on their quest for a more livable city, despite the fact that their organization is often ridiculed by the media. They are slowly confronted with the pervasive corruption ravaging their city. They don’t realize how far the shadows in Crossbell City reach…
